In 1993, TOPS was established by some experienced mould engineers in HK. As the business enlarged, we moved to the mainland and set up a precision workshop in Shenzhen in 1996, and then set up a workshop for big plastic & die mould in Dongguan in 2000. It totally cover a land area of 11000 square meters. We have over 500 employees including over 50 managers and technique engineers.

Today, it becomes a leading company specializing in designing and manufacturing plastic mould, producing and fitting plastic products in China. We had obtained ISO9001:2000 certifications authorized by UKAS. Over the 14 years of business, we have exported over 4000 top quality moulds and delivered millions of plastic parts to many famous companies including General Electric, Philips, Samsung, Siemens, Dell, Sony, Cadillac, Audi, Ford, etc. We provide with high speed CNC processing center, high precision wire cut machine, gun drilling machine and fitting machine etc. Measure machine include: tri-coordinate measure machine, projection machine, etc. The high precision mould can meet the precision size: (+/- 0.002mm tolerances) , and the biggest mould can be over 15 tons.
